Jake Halstead (La Jolla, CA) has taken out the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) 3-Star Ron Jon Quiksilver Pro Junior compliments of an impressive come-from-behind victory over fellow finalists Victor Bernardo (BRA), Cam Richards (Garden City Beach, SC) and Daniel Glenn (New Smyrna Beach, FL) in challenging three-to-five foot surf at Sheppard Beach Park.

Nick Rupp (Ocean Isle Beach, NC), 18, has won the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) 1-Star DNA Energy Pro Junior over fellow finalists Noah Schweizer (New Smyrna Beach, FL), 15, Evan Geiselman (New Smyrna Beach, FL), 17, and Californian Luke Davis (Capistrano Beach, CA), 18, in a hard fought final in one-to-two foot (.5 metre) surf at New Smyrna Beach Inlet, Florida.
Nick Rupp wins DNA Energy Pro Junior
Rupp notched two back-to-back scores in the first half of the Final to overtake early heat leader, Davis, with a 12.77 heat total (out of 20), and held on to the lead throughout the remainder of the tough heat to take out his inaugural ASP Pro Junior event win.
Catalepsy “Bleed” – Release in May
